一直不明白这个工作后再读的MBA跟常青藤有个毛关系呢,常青藤主要是针对本科而言的吧,而且即使比本科,现在Cornell和Brown也是公认的常青藤里最差的两所,US News的本科排名在15名左右。再说了,MBA真的有必要比本科校友么,人家本科校友会承认你一个从大陆来的MBA?

so what, they are well-known school worldwide, no matter the under grads recognize MBA grads or not, MBAs are recognized by the society. As I got a master from a Ivy school, the degree gives me a platform to connect w people w similar background, of coz going to the same school is important reason to make conversation.
Also ranking is not that imp. to most of American, Cornell and Brown are top-tier schools given the various ranking, good enough!

你自己愿意这么认为那就好啊!!读个Master,因此获得了和well-known school的本科校友交流的机会,太值了。虽然也就是些美国10几名学校的本科校友吧,但是根据你的统计分析已经知道大多数美国人都不介意这个排名的对吧。那就祝你这个常青藤的硕士一路顺利啦!!

that's really kind of your for saying that, although I am not from either of those schools,
In regard of rank, my school is absolutely top 10 of US, or even in the world.
On the contrary I don't think it is necessary mean anything, and none of my goals before my master involve impressing my alums. It just happens naturally that I can communicate with them, I can tell you that I have quite a few friends from wharton, HBS, or Yale, despite I am only a master.
so try to see a larger pic, even if u r a harvard graduate, people can still ignore you, simply becoz u r a boring or narrow-minded person.
