A是：18岁以下的西班牙人占西班牙人43%

C是：43%的加州人是18岁以下的西班牙人

我也选E，我觉得today可以和a decade ago比较。但it不理解？

不管c有没有改变句子意思，这个under the age of eighteen改变了修饰对象，原来修饰hispanics变成了修饰Californians，这就应该错了。

hispanics和californians是两个完全不同的名词。

再说哪，原句说的是in californian，西班牙人怎么怎么。

而C说的是加里福利尼人里的情况，问题就是，西班牙人住在加里福利亚既可以是也可以不是加里福尼亚人啊，

而加里福尼亚人也可以不住在加里福尼亚阿。改变修饰差别可就大了。

我想问compared with。。在句子中做什么成分啊？不是修饰43 percent吧？！

看来看去最可能排除其他选项的原因还是it的指代。

因为代词在原句中一定要找到指代对象，但其他选项的it基本无指代对象。
