原文说的是经济不好时大学的折中办法：限制学生在大学赚的钱，以便更多学生能赚点。A说（如果不是经济不好）好学生（好学生才有financial aid ）本可以（SHOULD BE ABLE TO）又有financial aid ，在学校赚的钱又不受限制。

可是文中并没提到好学生的概念呀, 何况也没有加经济好与不好的限制

为什么E不对呢?

1。The economy is in a dismal state。即使不是好学生，只要能得 financial aid 就行，加上GOOD，更严谨。不会是BAD学生就有 financial aid ，GOOD学生却没有。

2。E不是primary point

这道题我一看到有好学生字样就排除掉了，觉得这是文中没有出现过的新概念，不可能是main point, 看来这招又不管用了。

不能机械的去理解逻辑，我有时想，国内教逻辑时常很机械的说，新概念，搭桥，他因。。。而又很少说本质原因，结果常进了逻辑设的陷阱

我觉得这段话大致的意思是：在一些经济状况不好的地方，一些大学终止了与部分学生的雇佣关系，因为他们觉得这些学生既享受到了财物补助，又拿一份打工收入，使得另一些受经济不景气影响的同学不能获得更多打工补贴学费的机会。

在后半段，作者通过“Unfortunately, though,...”否定了这一做法。作者认为，雇佣的标准不应该只建立在学生赚钱的多少上，而应该根据学生的表现及财物需求上。这也就是选项A表达的意思。

所以，整段看下来，A是作者要论证说明的中心意思
