I am looking for two female roommates for the academic year 2012-2013. The current two roommates of mine are graduating this May, and I would like to invite two other female roommates to rent this nice apartment with me.



The house is located by the edge of north campus, or within 3 mins' walk to campus; or less than 15 mins' walk to many academic hall, dining halls, libraries and other facilities. Bus 30, 10, 72, 92, 93, 82, are within 3 mins' walk, which reach supper markets, shopping malls, college town or downtown common conveniently.


The apartment it self is very spacious, with spacious living room, kicken and bath. It is fully furnished, carpeted wall to wall, well maintained, with Smoke detectors and Sprinkler system, and 24 hours maintenance. It has coin laundry in the basement, and free parking space in the parking area. It is located in the wooded north neighborhood, which area is very beautiful, safe and quiet  (with a creek running behind the house). The rent is $640 per month, including water and garbage disposal, excluding electricity.

大家好！因为我暑假实习，房子空了出来，想短租给暑假过来康奈尔的同学。租期从5月28日至8月20日间均可。同时因为另两个室友毕业，寻下学年的两个室友。房间宽敞明亮，家具齐备，入住即可。房子位于校区边，到大多数学校的academic hall, dining hall以及图书馆走路15分钟内即可达到，非常方便（比如距olin 和uris图书馆走路10分钟，这样不管多晚，都很方便就可以回家）另外北校区环境优美、安静，治安非常好，欢迎联系。
出校区去购物之类的话，门口有30路和92路、93路公交等（30路是从北到南的环线，去北边超市、shopping mall等，或者南边college town，直到downtown commons都非常方便；92、93路为夜班车，一直运行到凌晨2点）。以及10路公交车（环校区的环线），72路（去机场），81、51等。

房子有免费停车位，投币式的洗衣机和烘干机，24小时maintenance on call。暂时想到这些，如果还有什么问题，欢迎与我联系。

学校宿舍的lease我记得是从每年7月到第二年7月的（具体7月什么时候我不记得了）。如果你要5月就过来的话，就算你租的学校的房子，lease没开始前，还是要找好住的地方。算是友情提示吧，恭喜恭喜

另外暑假期间伊萨卡的公交会限行，有些路线学校放假时会停运，如果住的比较远的话，可能会不太方便。大家联系暑期租房，以及平时住宿的时候也可以适当考虑这一点。我一般走路上学，对公交具体是怎么改来改去的不是特别了解；另外如果你来了就买车的话，这一点也完全不用考虑拉！

楼主真是大好人！！！你的提醒很受用！不过我大概已经确定住lower collegetown了, 因为owner可以保证我5月中可以入住。on-campus housing的申请还没有消息，等等看吧。Anyway, big tks to LZ!!!!!

请问楼主，在Ithaca买二手车方便吗？大概价位多少？ 我准备买辆二手车，听说国内驾照在那边做个公证就可以直接上路了！
