Europe charges fees on flight flying to europe in order to prevent from pollution. Such a plan heatened the meeting that China and India will attend.
To escape the fee, the flying company might cut the number of flight towards Europe. The reflection of Europe is overdue.
China claims that the fee should charge developing coutries less and presees that the price of flight ticket will rise
The gas produced during fly leads to the pollution in poor areas rather than rich areas in China.

this article is about the bill which is passed by EU to control the air pollution.
1: EU believe the air pollution is very serious, thus they will charge the flights that fly across the EU area and force them to buy the pollution emission credit.
2: The official study institutions in EU state this scheme is very necessarily
3: By this way, if the country does not want to pay this bill, its flights have to find any other ways rather than cross the EU.
4: American Airline company seems to disagree with this schedule. However, they were dismissed finally.
5: Chinese government says the scheme should differentiate the developing country from the rich country. Thus , Chinese air lines need to pay less. Furthermore, it will reduce the profit margin for China's companies.
6: EU government says that the bill will be small when the total amount was divided and applied for each individual.
7: China needs to take care of the pollution when the government of China concentrates on the economic development. The emission of NOx and SOx has led thousands of infants died every year in China and India.

支持神猴~ LZ刚开始做越障的时候是一点儿也记不下来, 就读一段记一段~ 现在中间已经不用停下来记笔记了~ 一定不要怕丢人啊~ LZ刚开始的时候有好多速度都是3分钟以上的... 很汗呢~

最近考试, 自己的帖子也顾不过来了~ 不过大家还是要坚持滴~
