you probably want to call them up; i don't know how the testing works in ur place, but when u leave the testing center, they are supposed to give u an unoffical copy of ur score, if you have that, you can show them and tell them what's going on, but call them up for sure, just keep complaining until they give u ur score back
it's always possible to have system errors because, they are just humans; but it should be rare; and you probably want to get this done as soon as possible, don't drag it any longer, you should be fine as long as you have that copy, and remember to make copies of it just in case
