States Congress是结论。此题为加强题，加强结论。B直接加强结论。而A，题目并没有告诉你met with lobbyists 越多，获胜机会就越大。lz选A的话是自己强加了这样一个假设

OG？OG12上没这题啊？话说这题以前确实做过，但是就是想不起在哪做的。。。但是选B没问题吧应该？A确实不对啊。。。

求解答一下，我还是觉得是A。

B不对是因为就算他们98%的概率成功连任，不能说明这个连任是由于more media attention和后面所说的perquisites导致的啊

D意思是反得，是weaken这个claim，是说political station action committees 给challengers的support是用来补偿incumbent成员特权的 （就是说这些support是因为challengers没有像incumbent members那样的特权所以才给予这些challengers的support）

只有A的意思是说，incumbent 接触到了更多的lobbyist，而这个接触更多正是因为他们有后面所说的perquisites such as free mail privilege and generous travel allowances
