是不是这个意思：
1. We will ensure that your interviewer receives your resume. -- 他们会把你申请时的简历发给interviewer.
2. You are also encouraged to being a hard copy of your resume with you to your scheduled interview. -- 你再自带一份，这样就算interviewer没有带或者你现在的简历比之前的有更新，就用这份。

也就是No need to worry about the resume uploading in the website. 个人揣测哦。

slot要自己选吧？总共就三个时间段。你不是收到了注册 interview 的URL吗？用那个login进去啊，不过记住只能用一次哈

我的信是这样的
Thank you for your interest in The Duke MBA. We have reviewed your application for admission and would like to extend you an invitation to interview for Round 2.
Within the next week, the Interview Team Captain for your location, XX-XX  who is copied on this e-mail, will contact you via email to help schedule your interview with one of our Alumni Admissions Ambassadors in your pre-selected interview location.

好吧。嗯，第一次没在电脑上约没法上传，抢到11点的时段，之后再上传就是没有按钮的。应该算bug。那看来也就不用发信问了，问了也是复制粘贴这个回答。。。
