求高人指导下词汇题

最近做到tpo19篇左右的时候开始发现词汇题总是错，前面几篇也有这个问题了，知道单词的意思，但是选的时候总是选不对，貌似是对语境理解的问题。比如19篇里的circumstance应选condition,我选了community,friction应选conflict我选了rebellion.想请教下各位大牛我这个问题怎么解决？这个好像也不单是背单词的问题了吧，还有对文化对单词深层含义的理解。

还有就是，各位做这种题的时候，如果真的不认识这个单词能从上下文推出来吗，我一般推出来的都是错的。。
