B错了是因为应该用被动吗？

has应该改问have 吗？ 不是应该用单数吗

c为什么不对呢

一般来说单数名词之前都必须有冠词。这里应该是at the rate of，个人觉得用定冠词来指代后面的more than 50000 dollars per day.

是的。因为美国的边疆和推动这个词之间应该是被动关系。如果用主动语态，推荐用moved比较好。

has错是因为后面的equal to是形容词短语，前面缺少be动词。而且也看不出这个地方要用现在完成时的必要，所以应该是is.

c为什么不对呢

which应该是whose，可以看出后面的从句是一个完整的被动态的主谓结构，前面的which不可能指代从句中的任何一个成分。再根据句意来理解，从句应该是说消费水平的的可持续性可以被达到。所以改成whose.

C为什么不对

这句话的主谓结构是Darwin stated that individuals...survive and make up...的state引导的宾语从句。with characteristics (best adapted) to existing (condition)完全是修饰主语individuals的。condition的问题和上面第一道一样，一般来说单数名词之前都必须有冠词，这里没有。另外考虑前面individuals是复数，后面的适应的环境也应该是复数conditions.
