Quoting an admitted student in the 1st round, even some R1 interviews remain unsent now. Relating to those who got invites in R2, Stern may have already begun to process the R2 applications given that the R1 notification date is only 10 days away, on Feb 15th. I'm guessing that the remaining invites for R1, if any, may be sent out after the second reader in AdCom finished his/her reviews but before Feb 15th? Anyway, congrats to them on getting invites in R2! Why not send your concern and question to the AdCom for an answer if you're really worried as you sounded like? Or just be patient and relax
how does this guy who submitted in R2 got interview invite? Why is that?
Totally understand. But anxiety is not helping at all. Especially for R2 applicants, don't panic at this point of time. Be positive and earn some good luck
it's really hard to be patient and relaxed as u said anyway...
