Hey there—YES we always have tips of course. Shoot us an email and we can send to you (free of course) the powerpoint for the webinar that we just did, helping folks with their interview preparation. In general though, you wanna keep your answer to 3 minutes or so, cover education at first, and then frame a nice, simple answer that walks your interviewer through your PLAN. Don’t just talk about what they can already see on paper—that would be a waste of time! Instead, talk about WHY. Talk about the space IN BETWEEN resume entries—why you took the job you did. Why you left. Why you took the next one. That is what resumes cannot cover—the answer to the question WHY. If you cover that aspect, the WHY—or the space in between the resume entries—you will be off to a good start. Hope this helps!
