疑问2：OG的解释中说B选项的what应该改成that。但是定语从句的先行词recession就是作为定语从句谓语fear的宾语，为什么不能用what？什么情况下才能用what？

在定语从句中就没有what这个引导词- -what只能引导宾语从句且在从句成分做宾语的时候。
