LSE一年硕士如何回国找工作

校园招聘不能回来面试，毕业了只能参加下一年的。这样已经毕业的会不会被单位视为非应届生不能参加校园招聘呢？本人不是很想通过国际大投行发财，要发财还是自己创业做做贸易来的实际一些。

非应届生貌似不能参加校园招聘啊。。都是社会人士了。。

参加下一年也可以算应届，毕业一年之内的卡得并没有那么严

貌似有一些大投行卡的很严，不能参加招聘。。其他应该都ok的~~

我也在犹豫如果5月份回国的话，要进大公司只能等下一届校招，再等下一年入职，这时间不就浪费了么。。

if you wanna apply to international investment banks but for China office, you can still do the same applications online, they might arrange a phone interview or they could send you to their london office for conference call or face-to-face interview. If you pass the online testing and phone interview and is invited to the final round, HR will sort things out for you according to your situation (i.e. where you are) so dont worry too much, they are used to applicants from overseas applying to HK/China offices. hope this helps.
