正文如下“Effective January 2012, all new students are required to show evidence of being immunized against bacterial meningitis (Texas Education Code 51.9192, Subchapter Z) 10 days before the first day of classes for the term of registration.

To prevent delays in your registration, you must submit documentation of your immunization from an appropriate medical professional to the Office of the Registrar, prior to registration. Documentation must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar or faxed to 972-883-6335.
Please remember, failure to submit the information will result in delays in your registration.”

刚刚收到的
可是很奇怪的是我还没有收到录取的邮件他就发这个来。看status 也显示的还在review
是说得立刻去给他寄过去or邮件过去才 final decision，还是到最终确定学校的时候再寄

应该是说报到前要叫细菌性脑膜炎的疫苗证明，但是你又没给AD......
莫不是有个群发系统= =

美帝的医院及其不给力，可能是通知米国人民早早预约准备打疫苗吧~
