Impressive background, and pretty in line with what Luxe program looks for I believe. 4 year working experience is good enough and PR is fairly consistent with Luxe.

Not sure if LVMH Chair is only for Grande Ecole students, but it really doesn't matter, the Luxe MBA has anything the chair has.

Try to get a higher GMAT and sharpen ur oral english for interview.

Sorry, I really don't know any Chinese financiers from these two schools....Know some others majoring in marketing,not gonna be helpful though.

Hi Derman, may I ask you a question? For those SAI/ESSEC applicants who want to do finance, which kinds of internship do you think will be a bigger plus for the application (both for SAI/ESSEC and for later internship in France)?

Administrative work at financial big names (e.g. admin @UBS AG)?
Irrelevant work at other big names (e.g. business development @GE)?
Finance related work at local financial institutions ( e.g. data analysis @GF securities)? I personally do not think those French guys know GF securities.

To sum up, if we can choose only one, does the name matter or the job itself matter?
