WES认证出现以下错误提示，怎么办？愁死了要赶不上Deadline了

这个是不是中国这边教育部认证少材料了呀？　愁死了。。。求办过WES的同学们解惑！感激不尽！

STATUS UPDATE - First Request Status Key: "Received" -  Documents received as required by WES, are indicated as "Received" and marked with a () "Not Received" -  Missing documents and documents that were not received in the manner specified by WES are marked with a red (X) and their current status is also indicated in red. "Received Documents Awaiting Verification" -  WES reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the documents that it receives. Documents submitted for verification and awaiting a response from institutions are indicated in red and marked (X) The following is the current status of the documents required to complete the evaluation. The information is updated each time WES receives a new document:

你是不是已经毕业了？是不是只在教育部做了成绩单认证？毕业的需要做毕业证和学位证认证，然后下边两个not received就解决了；第一个not received可以把学位证发传真到WES main office就好了。

是否已毕业？已毕业必须做毕业证和学位证认证的~
但是要是你是没毕业的，你可以在它们网页上有一个“contact us”的网页，到里面写上你的情况（还没毕业，所以没有毕业证和学位证，无需做该项认证）。
我当时就是这样的情况，它可能看我是07年入学的就以为我是已毕业了，实际上我是五年制的。我在那上面写上了理由之后，好像一个工作日它就给我改过来了。
