作文才4.5,个人觉得写的挺好的当时，但是竟然这么低。估计是AA５,AI才４。这篇是我考前练过的，考场上也是这么写的。请大家给点意见好吗?  
作文两篇分别是各0.5一个档吗？就是可以给一篇打4.5吗？
要上５，拼写错误最多有几个？

According to the statement, the speaker claims that one has to compromise his/her personal life in order to achieve professional success. To some extent, I agree with the speaker's main assertion. However, the speaker overlooks some other significant factors that may affect the issue. In my point of view, one can achieve professional success without sacrificing importance aspects of fulfilling personal life for the following reasons.



First, many companies have recognized the importance of maintaining a life-work balance for their employees and have offered various employment benefits to support their employees. For instance, many companies agree to have the employee went on a maternity leave when the employee is pregnant and about to have a baby. Moreover, most companies offers vacations days and personal days to their employees and allow them to take vacations and spend time with their family members or friends. Thus, it is possible to strike a balance between professional success and personal life.



Second, professional success contributes to one's personal growth. One important aspect of a career is that it provides financial stability to most of the people. With this financial stability, one have the guarantee to pursue the life style s/he wants. Another importance aspect of a life experience is to realize one's personal value. Success in his/her profession offers the skills and confidence, and more importantly, a means, for one to realize what he/she is good at.



Admittedly, the speaker's assertion that it is difficult for people to achieve professional success without sacrificing personal life is true in some situations. One example is people who work in the investment banking industry. Extended long hours and constant travel leave them very limited time with their family and may put their health under pressure. However, the accuracy of the statement is overshadowed by my believe that one can actually achieve both professional and life success.



To sum up, the speaker's assertion overlooks some important aspects and I firmly believe that it is possible for people to achieve both professional success and personal success.

听学长讲作文意思意思就能，自己的文书和面试才是重头戏。有时间试下抛开模板多些角度吧·可能会好些。。。

楼主文章结构清晰，还不错
但是，文章开端部分同意speaker的关点，之后转折说speaker忽略了一些因素，所以才有了楼主的观点
而2，3两段作为论述重点，并没有说出speaker忽略的因素是什么，也没有特别清晰的提出分论点。
所以看上去有些奇怪，尤其是2.3两段的第一句话。
楼主可以读一些范文，看看他们是如何引出分论点的，并把分论点结合起来支持自己的观点。
