我得出的结论恰好相反。既然只切除PG时，C下降的很多，而PG 和AG都切除时，C下降慢。AG应该是升高或者保持C才对呀！

问中是说those people with the most highly evalutated auditions才被提供奖学金。而选项A指出those people with less highly  evaluated auditions被提供了奖学金，不正说明了为什么plan实现其goal的无效性吗？？
