Well, I would say that the proper answer for this is "B", answer "A" does not make any sense.

The man says "That's certainly news to me" which means that he has never had that jamming problem

and "So you can't be compeletly reliable for me" which means in case you cannot supposed to have me to fix the laser printer for you, cuz i have never had the same problem.

Well, if the answer on the script is "A", then that could be very weird,but i would like to listen to more different opinion for this.
