Career Switch的Why MBA 疑问

请教一下，Why MBA是否需要从第一份工作经历开始说起直到现在，然后串成一个故事？
我的Why MBA是从我的第二份工作才渐渐开始有这个想法，所以我在Essay中就完全没提我的第一份工作，这样可行吗？谢谢~~

Yes my friend, you are absolutely correct—you DO need to write about all your working experiences, and connect them in some kind of logical way.  That is what we call a Career Arc, and it is perhaps the most important part of an MBA application.  You will need to address your first job—even if only very quickly—but yes, explain why you took it, and why you left.  It should fit into the grand scheme of things somehow.  You cant ignore it dude!

But my true reson is for family relocation, thus I moved to another city. Can I just say because of my family issue I left my work in my Career Goal/Motivation Essay? I plan to explain career gap in optional essay.
