病毒经过研究后可以治疗；但是会随着人得治疗而继续变异；
某组织呼吁要适度的研究。

the balance between medical research and the risk of negative effect is the point worth considering.
the example of bird- flu just illustrate the consideration. Scientists have take risk to abtain some deadlier virtues that can be used to treat existed problems of bird-flu.
but it also face the risk of terrorists stealing such medical results or simple errors releasing them.
