答案：因为结论是比较两种麦的收益。其他选项都和两者的收益无关。只有A。A说冬麦卖的价格高点，但顶不了产量的减少。春麦的收益还是要好点。

个人觉得这刚开始说收益相当是个背景,为了引出后面说的政府政策对两个收益的影响,在做题的时候其实跟这个没有关系,可以不看. 或许这个也是ets混淆视听的手段，如果题目写的太短，大家都明白了，他的任务不就是没有完成，呵呵。。。
