about the student loan

1.when will the student apply for the MBA loan?
2.Does housing loan impact the student loan?

你是指在国内贷款吗? 那你最好问银行,因为国内银行的贷款政策总变.

如果是在美国贷款,你最好上你想去的学校网站看,因为各个学校提供的贷款种类都有不同,要求也不同. 一般都要拿到OFFER以后才着手申请.

At the school I applied, they ask me to apply for federal loan before March 1st. So I did. I don't know about private loan though.

oh, really?

I am not eligible to get federal loan and I am not going to get private loan, either. As for private loan, the best way to check it out is to go the school website.

Some private loans, such as access group, provide pretty good rate. And if you have lived in the US for three years, you may be eligible even you are a foriegn student, given that you have a good credit history.

But it seems that I am still not qualified. I have only lived in the states for 2 years.

If I buy an apartment and apply for the housing loan,can I get the student loan in future?
I wonder that from the view point of bank,more loan.more risk.
Is it right?
