ziye姐，请问官网上说要随transcription提交I-20表格，貌似是没有凑齐文件不开始审是吗？
也就是说transcription合I-20 表格都交上&网申submit&托福gmat分都送到才开始审的吗？

你需要网申完成，然后提交GT和成绩单。当然还有推荐信，这些都完成就可以开始审理你的申请了。

为什么你要提交I-20? 你是转学生？

你需要网申完成，然后提交GT和成绩单。当然还有推荐信，这些都完成就可以开始审理你的申请了。

额，看错了，是成绩单很急，但是I 20不急，呵呵，不好意思

是吗？可是官网上说“All international applicants must document their ability to meet all educational and personal expenses for the entire period of intended study before this university can issue an I-20 or IAP-66. It is essential that you read the International Applicant Financial Form carefully. Complete and return the form along with official supporting documentation as outlined in the instructions. Photocopies will not be accepted. No certificate of eligibility will be issued without satisfactory financial documentation. Financial documentation is required for visa issuance only but we recommend that you submit it with your application to avoid any delays.”  意识是说最好随着成绩单一起寄过去啊，难道可以先不寄？不寄会有影响审核吗？

就在官网上可以直接下啊！兄弟or姊妹，你申请的时候除了网申，需要寄的只有成绩单吗？别的不需要了吗？
