1、有一题很简单，就一个考点both ...and的平行，就一个考点.我选的选项含有both in the number of women and in the amount of their works.有一个迷惑选项是both in the number of women and in the number of their works   （by tcz2515）

amounts of +C.

是这样吗？？  那后面的works肿么解释。。。。

可能狗主回忆不完整，不过相关知识希望大家点拨一下。。。。谢谢大家了。。。

那么如果后面是”works“， 那这里works就是可数名词，所以就不能用amount了， 对吗？

我感觉应该这里的works应该是可数，不可数的形式是work。

最好还是考试的时候看题意吧
因为这里works是在their 后面 所以无法判断是表达什么意思，具体看意思再定。
1.工作；待做的事；成品；--不可数
例：His success was achieved by hard work.（工作）
I have some work for you to do. ( 待做的事）
The young sculptor was very proud of his work.( 成品)
2.（作家）全部著作；工厂--可数
例：the complete works of Shakespeare （作家著作）
  a brick works (工厂）

刚才上网查了一下，求认证
如果说他们的工作应该是用their work；
说他们的作品应该用their works。
例句：they will make constant progress in their work。

所以这里都应该是可数名词。
