兄弟，莫急莫急，刚我与ZC都试过了，确实可以打开

你还是先参照一楼操作步骤多试两次吧，对于一个大家都能打开的文件如果你一个人打不开那肯定是你操作上的失误

If you can't open the file, try this.

I had the probelm to open the file under windows xp english version with winRar3.51 English version.

I found a way to deal with it.

You need to change the regional settings.

goto Control panel->Regional and Languge options

1. Select Chinese (PRC) (this should dosn't matter, I did it anyway)

2. click Advanced tab, select Chinese (PRC)

you need to restart the computer.

Use the password, it should work.
