选E。逻辑句义是关键。
Arctic terns, being true long-distance migrants, they nest incoastal wetlands of northern Europe but fly south for thousands of miles to spend the European winters in Antarctica.



A. Arctic terns , being true long distance migrants, they nest in coastal wetlands of northern Europe  being  已经有Arctic terns 这个主语了，后面为什么还要有个they? 这就叫wordy.

B. Arctic terns are true long distance migrants, nesting in coastal wetlands of northern Europe  nesting 与后面的but fly 逻辑上不对应

C. Being that they are true long distance migrants, arctic terns nest in coastal wetlands of northern Europe           “ being that they are” 属于wordy

D. Nesting in coastal wetlands of northern Europe, arctic terns are true long distant migrants     逻辑句义上“长距离迁徙的鸟”与后面“but fly……”无法对应和衔接上

E. True long distance migrants, arctic terns nest in coastal wetlands of northern Europe correct~！  非常好的英文语序
