[求助]申请文件丢失

I  applied for Fall MBA program in University of Missouri--columbia in April  18.
In May 22,the international admissions officer told me that  they have misplaced or lost all my applying documents  and  let me  re-airmail  all documents. I estimated  that it will take me one month  to re-get the original  transcripts and two letters of recommender. It was too late to review my data in JUly.
So I refused  to do that and ask them return my main cost :USD138 (including application fee:USD50      EMS fee: RMB186     ETS  fee:USD49  and others)
But they have  not responded  my emai untill now. IF they always keep silence for my asking,what can I do?
Someone  suggests that I should connect with Chinese student association in U of Missouri--columbia and search for their helps. Is that useful?
Please kind persons  give me your advices.

I really doubt you will see your US dollor again, unless they have a specific return policy. The best thing you can get: if you decide re-apply, they will waive your application fee.
