1.    Turkey is an industry in Z. Many people such as F and W make lives on it.
2.    roviding fresh turkey is not a easy work. The progress is complex.
3.    The company has to confront a lot of issues like worker safety, animal welfare and so on.
4.    The company prompted an investigation because the workers were under accusations to throw the turkey violently. But the manager of company said they are proud of the qualities and tastes of the turkey they provided.
5.    The turkey farmers are not immune to the issues, and because of the rising price of the fuel and cost of feedstuff, it’s hard to realizing profits from growing turkeys.

几天没来。。是速度难了还是我慢了。。。
【越障】
1. 从两个公司员工（Farmer和W）写起，从而引出在Arkansas的一个地方、专业生产加工火鸡的Butterball公司。
2. Turkey是这个地方的一个区域化的Industry，每年都吸引很多人来找工作（attractive），但20个人中只有两三个能被聘用；又写加工turkey不是件容易的事情，freshers会很纠结（大概这意思吧），但起码能挣到钱。
3. 一个Barber说，这种大规模的企业在sanitary上没有保障。
4. Butterball遇到的麻烦：sanitary的质疑；被动物保护组织攻击；还有bear the scars from the undercovered ... Ethnic Scandal of throwing the turkeys rudely... and alike
5. Butterball的grower解释，他们也没办法，因为要靠这个feed their families
6. 麻烦进一步扩大：economic... ；没有那么多farmer... 还有成本之类的上升；...导致 turkey contract became less attractive
7. 又回到F和W两个人，讲到他们的子孙后代，一个coping with cancer... 一个在casino 里buffet.... 好像比较悲观的样子。。具体表达啥意思我忘了。。。
