Small studio for rent. It is on 8Ave between W51th and W52th on the 4th floor. No door man no elevator.
   
Dec 1- Jan 31. $2000 for each month. $3800 for both months. utilities are included.(internet, electricity)
$1000 deposit required and will be returned on the last day if nothing is missing or damaged.
Also good for two people to leave together.
Payment must be made before arriving.
   
房子在8大道上，门口就是地铁C、E，隔一个街区是地铁1号线。出门能看到times square。走路去学校10-15分钟。周围DR，starbucks，超市若干。
众所周知，52街8-9大道是鸟人拉面，嗯，就在这个studio旁边半个街区……
下学时如果走9大道回家，全是好吃的饭店、酒吧！9大道52街有洗衣店，修鞋店，五金店……
离46街restaurant street仅仅5个街区，吃饭好方便。49街9大道有kyutofu，超好吃的日式甜品店哦！52街pure thai house也好好吃！
房间很温馨，摆了很多小女生的东西。家具有双人床一个，床垫、桃红色小桌子、桃红色台灯，小鸭子加湿器，海尔微波炉，落地灯，设计感镜子（被我写了爱的宣言），无线路由器。地上铺了地毯。
很有爱的小房间，虽然不大，但是只要和室友一起布置起来，就非常甜美幸福~~~
餐具厨具若干，但是鼓励大家用自己的。
在4楼，楼下两道防盗门，但是没有doorman，没有电梯。
