2.The annual rent collected by a corporation from a certain building was x percent more in 1998 than in 1997 and y percent less in 1999 than in 1998.Was the annual rent collected by the corporation from the building more in 1999 than in 1997?(1)x > y
(2)  xy/100< x – y
这题（2）为什么可以？

个人理解：   第一题：三个连续自然数相乘，首先抽到偶数的话这个式子都可以被8整除，就是有48个偶数；再考虑抽到的是奇数的话，如果抽到N，能让N+1是8的倍数也是可以的，即7、15、23、31、39.。。。。95，一共是12个，所以概率是（48+12）除以96。

            第二题：设97年是A，98年是A（1+x%）  99年是A（1+x%）（1-y%）=A（1-x%y%+x%-y%），条件2 充分

唉。。。表达能力有点差，不知说的懂没懂。。。加油哈。。。
