- The cookbook is not as popular as it used to be in 1950, since everything is connected to social media and technology.
- The traditional cookbook can not zoom in, search or functions as the tablets. The emergence of tablets could keep the images zoomed in or out, search other possible cooking info, and watch videos online.
- Mr. Young, a cookbook collector, says that he cannot go anywhere without his tablet. He used to struggle with his cookbook and the online cooking recipe, since he was not able to retrace all info. from the sources although he read through everything. However, the tablet gives him more space and buffer to remember how to cook.
- Despite the tablet, a cookbook published by Mr. C and Mr. Jacob is different from the regular cookbook, since it contains the exact size of pasta in its images, so it's easier for cookers to learn and image. This book is good because it reduces the size of video. Instead downloading the video to the laptop, the users can just check out this book step by step.
- The students who study how to cook also use the tablets to learn in class with their profs. Such interaction not only gives flexibility to the students and the profs, also it encourages the communication among the students themselves. For instance, they could look at each other's notes and share info.
- Even for the non-students, they could still look at the the students' cooking notes and learn from them.
- Even though the tablets and the new cookbook are both good, but they are also limited that people cannot hear the sound of onion's split. etc.
