求教NN，当你们准备"Tell me about a time when you..."这种题目的时候，通常都把时间控制在什么范围类？我看到一本mba application roadmap上说，什么问题都控制在90秒内。然后等面试官追问。这样好吗？ 90秒是不是太少了啊

还有就是大家go through Resume的时候大概控制时间在什么范围？

behavior比较难说,管自己讲,对方有兴趣和你互动,时间就不定了呢.

behavioural question 真不好答，没有MBA Interview 过，但是工作中自己被别人Interview 和 Interview 别人的时间，很多时间回答这些behavioural question  的时间，都是在编故事。编不好OR 逻辑不清楚的人，会收不了场，很 搞笑。

Hey there—I don’t know about that book you have alluded to.  But yes, 90 seconds is too short for sure.  Two minutes is a good minimum to shoot for, and you wont want to go longer than 4 minutes.  If you are between 2 and 4 minutes, you will be just fine.  If you are in at 90 seconds or less, what happens if the interviewer doesn’t ask any follow up questions?  Then, your entire interview would be…10 minutes long!  L  That would be bad, of course.  Shoot for 2 minutes minimum, and up to 4 minutes per answer.  Hope this helps, and good luck!

我也是第一次MBA interview。确实之前job interview的时候编故事把自己忽悠晕过的。
