这是常考试知识点。实际上就是要求我们搞清楚所修饰部分的中心词是什么。这可能要求从逻辑意义上考虑。

我不太赞成死抠语法结构的做法，语言的运用是灵活多变的，是否真正理解、掌握就是要看你是否读懂了。

这里应该是形容词修饰名词

我想你的顾虑在于应该是副词修饰形容词，但是这里，我们看看意思就知道，single修饰的应该是university，而不是largest～这里single和largest平行修饰university～

对于最高级也不是简单的副词修饰的关系，托福考试中常考的题眼也就是前面需不需要加the；或者最高级修饰名词时，其与譬如world's 这样的位置～
