对于这题我也挺疑惑的，感觉OG选A的原因是默认用手机报警只是发出一个火警求助的信号（这点和fire alarms的作用一样）而已，这样的话一旦用手机发出火警求助信号，在fire department 可以追寻到信号来源的前提下，手机才能替代fire alarms.
但C貌似就是只有通了话才能得到求助信息。
这是我的理解，不知道对不对。

hi你好，这道题目应该选择a取消alarm box的原因很简单，人们通过alarm box恶作剧，但是消防局却不能追踪谁玩恶作剧。


a中排除了人们会通过手机进行恶作剧的可能，换句话说，如果a不成立，整个题目的结论不成立，所以a的成立是否对整个题目的结论有决定性的影响。

c不管成立与否，对题目不会有决定性影响，gwd不可能犯这种错误，同学你买了盗版书了吧？

我的理解，原文的conclusion是说为了减少prank call
c选项说能知道着火大小和性质，这些和减少prank call 没关系啊
