It depends on your career goal. If you want to enter public accounting firm or corporate accounting/controlling, maybe MSA is good enough. However, you should think about how to leverage your age and experience, especially for big four, they prefer young and energetic fresh graduates.
If your career goal is to entering management level, maybe MBA is much better since you can double your concentration on accounting/controlling and finance, moreover, you may also enhance your general management competencies. And your experience will not be undervalued when you go to the job market.
