Although its purpose is laudable, the exclusionary rule, which forbids a court to consider evidence seized in violation of the defendant’s constitutional rights, has unduly hampered law-enforcement efforts. 多谢啊，但是能不能说明一下C为什么是错的啊，C里面有一个significant，就是说表示这类案件发生的数量也是很多的，但是原文中好像并没有说到啊，而且这个选项的意思和B也是相似的啊
