题目的大意是一个很好的情况使得今年会成为这个国家历史上最好的一年，后面是解释这个具体的情况的。主要就是考的破折号那个地方还有ABCD四个成分的平行吧
B,C 成分在每个句子里面是否是主系表或者是adj,+n.我不太记得了。不过A成分在每个选项里的确是和我说的一样，而D成分在每个选项里都是主系表，希望有NN整理出一个正确的句子吧。。。
