问题是：
A company plans to assign identification number to its employees. Each number is consist of four different digits from 0 to 9, inclusive, except that the first digit cannot be zero. How many different identification numbers are possible?
请问该如何解答？

第一个位置上有9中可能性（因为不包括0），第二个位置上有9中可能性（因为第一个用掉一个数字了），第三个位置8中可能呢性，第四个位置7种可能性，把它们乘起来，答案应该是4536.

请问是从哪里看出来每个数字是不能重复使用的呢？所以9999不是一个possible number?
