25应该是最令争议的把，偶选E，原因：

      Most volcanoes occur at plate

本身题目已经问的是hot spot怎样怎样，看43行，就是信息了，而不应该往上面看，什么hot rock，或者base of mental什么的把。43行说到plume is a hot spot，就跟E对应....is an indication of a plume......了，而39-40行就是说这个plume怎样怎样，continues channel hot material from the mantle from the mantle base，而mantle base就是 Earth‘s core啊......

补充:A的base of the mantle不对啊,原文说是surface make

非常同意携隐mm的分析，定位确实要从这个2个地方来。偶也错选了A,因为A和E很象，唯一不一样的地方就是untapped, 但由于不了解untapped 意思，又疏忽掉了E里面near 这个词，偶误看错为from, 所以就选择了A. 考试的时候一个不仔细就是失分啊! 55555...

这里非常体现Tony 霹雳牛谈到的在阅读是要努力记住关键的细节。偶个人觉得这篇文章的23，25两道detail题出得很好，就是考阅读文章的人有没有弄清文章的意思。象醋醋妹妹那样一遍就能把文章里讲的垂直的信息和后半段水平的信息理解透彻的话，再刁钻的文章也可以拿满分啊！
