因为还不确定significant warming是否会发生，所以后面要用虚拟语气
假如说e答案，没有whether significant warming will occur这部分，后面就可以用will了，当然同时这句话未划线的部分语义也要改动

根据manhattan上说的，在两种情况下用conditional tense ：一种是在过去说未来，另一种是 一个没有发生的事情，假设其发生，再得出理论上的结果。conditional tense用would.

答案E的前半句说whether significant warming will occur， 后面的what impact it would have 是在significant warming occurs 的前提下才问得出来的，即满足上面说的conditional tense的第二种情形。
