翻译过来就好了

1。营业员的消售额在10,000之内包括10,000.提成是6%.当消售额超过10,000提成是R%.现在他的总收入是920元,总消售额是14,000问你R是多少?
10000*6%+（14000-10000）*r%=920
这个式子会解吧.如果这个式子再不会,我也没有办法了.
结果R=8%

4000*R=320 R=8%
