But I think the right answer is A..."which" refers to "encourages visitors to "touch" esch exhibit"
In GWD3-16, I found the same usage of "which": The company has not gone into rubber tapping, even though greater profits can be made from rubber tapping, which leaves the forest intact.---> "which" means "The company has not gone into rubber tapping"
