If olive oil here could mean or at least include unrefinded olive oil, of course you would be right and it would  really be a simple LR question.  However...  Hope you are right.

很确定的说，C正确。

1，酸度与油质没有实质关系

2，但是，FREE酸越少，油质越高。

3，FREE 酸的比例精确的反映了酸度。

所以C，夹逼定理：酸度在其他两油之间的油，质量也一定在两油之间。
