【求助】，AND后面是否需要主谓宾齐全

注意以下两个句子的区别:
1. Intar has moved away from the Spanish classics and now draws on the works of contemporary
Hispanic authors.
2. Intar has moved away from the Spanish classics, and now it draws on the works of
contemporary Hispanic authors.
第一个句子中and前没有逗号,因此and连接的两个并列句中第二个并列结构应该省略重复的主语.    而
第二句子中and前有逗号,因此and连接两个独立的句子,每个句子都需要自己的主谓宾,因此第二个句子中的it不能省略.

请问，第二种情况，是绝对的吗？好像也有省略主语的情况吧。一时举不出来例子。

引用一个不知道是否恰当的例子：

应该是的~第二种情况如prep笔记里说的，and是连接2个独立的句子，独立的句子必须要有主语和谓语~这是我的看法哈~

and和but就我目前的总结情况来看~是不一样的~but可以并列谓语，但是and如果是并列2个东西前面加逗号，就必须是主句的平行~
