Thank you very much indeed, equn. Probably you've noticed alreay I am the one who posted "can anyone help about REF @Cornnel". Yes, I agree ; the UK ones are more theortical, and the US ones by contrast are more practical. I was more interested in the UK ones rather than the US ones. However, after I've checked the webpages of the US ones, the U.S. ones seem more attractive. The U.S. real estate market is more advanced and mature rather than anyone in europ. Besides, the U.S. universities provide candidates more choices. There are only a few U.K. universities provide such programmes.
I got two degrees from British universities and have been working for finance sector as a quatitative analyst for years. I probably dont need to provide a language test socre. It seems that the GMAT socre is a must for all U.S. universities.
