OG12-86 关于DE 选项的 “逗号+with” 确定逻辑主语

我想问，大家怎么考虑DE选项，OG的解释是 主语不明确。

1.不选E的原因是，e把定语从句变成了with+N+介词短语的独立主格结构，而独立主格结构是做状语的，修饰主句，表示伴随原因，状态，条件等。要知道，没有合理的理由，定语和状语是最好不要乱变的。并且，after having fallen 是状语从句的省略形式。有两种找逻辑主语的方式，我就不多说了。总之在e中找不到逻辑主语。
2.选C好是因为，have increased 和fall 表明了时间的先后顺序，并且这种没有用逗号隔开的状语从句省略形式的逻辑主语就是就近动词的逻辑主语。所以说没有逻辑上和语法上的错误。另外说一点，如果状语从句的省略形式前面有逗号隔开，比如.... , after falling.这种，那么他的逻辑主语就是主句的主语。

不是很明白TA说的  两种找逻辑主语的方法。NN可否说明一下。

"after doing" need a previous clause not a preposition phrase "with...) because we need a subject in previous clause to be subject of doing. D and E are out. For example, --after failing many times on gmat, I win --

"had done ...after had don..." in B is wrong. there is no this pattern, no logic of tense sequence.

"it" in A can not refer to "profits"

C is left.

this is hard but by checking only grammar we can win soon.

"after doing"  需要一个逻辑主语。。。但我不是很明白，怎么确定逻辑主语（是主句主语？还是紧跟逗号前的名词为主语？）。大侠们可否举几个例子，就是 逗号+with+..+doing 的正确的句子吗?  先谢谢了！
