政府应该立法禁止在火车上卖酒：最近，为了保护人们的健康，政府立法限制人们在火车上抽烟。－－》在火车上喝的醉醺醺的人下火车开自己车回家所造成的危险至少和那些吸二手烟的危险是一样的。

Ask：逻辑链的错误。。没看出来这是什么错误额。。。
3.【39s】尽管百分之90的人认为他们自己对保健知识很了解，但事实上，只有百分之20的人知道关于DNA的知识，所以至少有百分之80的人不知道如何自我保健和公共医疗的政策。
Ask：fail to demonstrate: 是否能仅仅通过知道DNA知识来判断人们对保健知识的了解。

推测：问题问assumption：吸烟和喝酒产生的危害效果一致。

结论：毕加索是伟大的画家，虽然他不是light hand，但是他可以excel。
推测：伟大画家不是万能的。

90%的人认为没有被正确告知医疗信息，20%的人了解DNA。。。。
不记得了。。。

前提：灰松鼠的闯入影响了owl的数量，因为他们呼唤鸟巢。
结论：有人建议给松鼠下药，认为不会误伤到owl，因为药会放在只有松鼠和其他啮齿类动物碰得到的地方。
推测：owl可能吃会吃到药的动物，从而间接中毒

经理：我们的总营业额上升了，说明顾客喜欢我们的饮食
会计：从单个店看，我们的销量都下降了。那些能够跟去年或往年相比的餐厅的营业额都降低了…..

Flaw: False marble cannot be created by anyone who does not have a light hand

Premise: 20% do not know anything about DNA

Flaw: We do not knowledge of DNA to make health care decision

Conclusion: Poison GS without damaging the local owl
Premise: The poison is only accessible to the GS

Weaken: Show a situation that can undermine the premise. (没想出具体的T T)
       The poison itself can do harm to the tree!!!!!

Accountant: Our meal is not desirable, since those have operated more than 2 years have decreased sales figure.

MBT: More new restaurants have been opened and has done well

话说我有话讲~nnd，我把第二题题目就看错了。。囧，这种parallel我是挺弱的，不过我赞成fox姐的各道题观点~（除了第五题吧~我没好好看第五题）

我想说的主要是第一题和第五题~
鄙人拙见~
第一题，是典型的一种题，用analogy推结论，反驳就是show difference,支持或假设就是show now difference.

第二题，我同意daisy的逻辑链~
manager和accountant两人的区别在于manager是说的所有的餐馆，而accountant只列举了那些开了有两年以上的餐馆，所以infer应该是“开了好多好多新餐馆”吧~？

恩。。不过这五道题我好像之前都见过。。掩面。。痛苦回忆。。

   有什么漏洞？推测：猫头鹰虽然不吃毒药，但有可能吃到吃了药的动物~
