外面有个考古提到了 公司之前对座位进行了扩建  （貌似没更新，并且有人确认了 求LZ去搜搜）
我觉得还是考古里面说的对，上座率超过了扩建的座位数（我怀疑也是狗主之一的答案 recently 每趟飞机的上座率提高了，但要补充一点就是超过了扩建的座位）  总之就是说 的确是因为座位有问题 使乘客产生了抱怨，这样力度比较大

我觉得题中给了增加一种抱怨可以导致另一种抱怨，好像反推过来有点难哦。。。题目问的是：提升准点的方法来减少投诉是不是可行，如果是不可行，那看是什么导致了对飞机座位问题的抱怨呢?应该是另一个原因：上座比例增加了！谢谢你的提示！
